How long before my order is processed and shipped out?

We typically process and ship out your order within 7-14 business days. All International and PO Box orders require 1-2 extra business days to process prior to shipping out.  Please allow the full 14 business days to receive your order before contacting the store. All orders are shipped priority mail with confirmation and signature required.

Signature required for all orders

A signature will be required for all orders. The purpose of the signature is to prevent any lost or stolen packages. Buyers may request to remove or waive the signature by signing up for myUSPS.com and changing delivery options.

*Note: A buyers request to remove or waive the signature poses a risk for a package to go lost or be stolen, thus, all liabilities in a case of a lost or stolen package will be at the buyer’s responsibility and not of DleighDesigns.com.

*Note: We cannot be held responsible if you enter an incorrect shipping address such that the package is shipped to another person/address and cannot be recovered. We will have to charge you the full order price again if you want the order ship to the correct address. We cannot issue refunds for address mistakes that are out of our control.

What if I refused my package?

If we send a package and arrives at your door and is refused. This instance will be treated as a “product return” and your money will be refunded for the purchase price of the order minus the original incoming and outgoing shipping charges incurred to ship your package.

Orders may be delayed under the following circumstances:

1) Billing and shipping addresses don’t match and/or if the order needs additional verification.
2) Service failure due to our shipping carriers, weather, power outage, or another extreme event that prevents us from operating.
3) An order is being shipped to overseas, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.

Returns:

Due to sanitary and safety guidelines, there are No Returns on hair.  If you would like to return or exchange a hair care item that you purchased at dleighdesigns.com, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days from the time in which your order was shipped. Please send an email to DleighDesigns1@gmail.com to notify us that you would like to make a return. Once you have sent the unused, undamaged item in its original packaging to us, we will refund your money minus the original shipping fee. If you receive a damaged product, send a photo of the damaged product to our email and we will assess and replace your product.

  1. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), but we do require a method that supplies a tracking number. UPS and FedEx give tracking numbers by default. If you choose to ship using USPS, please send using ‘USPS Tracking’ or ‘Signature Confirmation.’
  2. Shipping and handling costs from your original order are non-refundable.
  3. If your return/exchange merchandise is not accepted and you wish to have the item returned to you, we will charge an $8.95 return shipping fee to return the item to you.
  4. We will do our best to accommodate customers and deal with you fairly; In turn, we ask that you treat us fairly as well.  Occasionally, we may not accept a return.
  5. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return or exchange. If you are due a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Return Shipping Instructions:

  1. Repack merchandise securely in a box.
  2. Please include all original packaging including labels.
